Brad and his chick songs.

It seems to me that Brad Charbonneau, who has worked with me for the past few years is, in fact, a teenage girl stuck in a twenty-year old boy's body. There is no one else I know out there that can sing "Wind Beneath My Wings" the way he does and let me tell you, it's magic. There is much more to tell but I will leave them for another time as people be all up in my business right now.

Harry Pottah

Hey'all.
As many of you will no doubt know, this past weekend saw the arrival HP's seventh book. There was a lot of hype about this book and it seems to me that as Harry gets older, so does his fan base. I mean, I read the book in its entirety on Saturday and found it a jolly good read but had my doubts about whether or not its supposed target audience would enjoy it. HP has always kind of been dark but it the last couple of books it seems to really have an edge about them and although I know a lot of kids might like it, I firmly believe that JKR has realized that there are also a lot of adult readers and decided to cater to them as well.
Anyhoo, it's a good book and if you get the chance I highly recommend taking a weekend afternoon and sitting in a cozy chair to escape into Harry's world.

The K-Factor

I just wanted to add on that I am doing the mailings from home and I forgot to add in the K-Factor in my timetable. The K-Factor, for those of you who may not know, refers to Kiwi, my cat. I swear to God, I have had to take envelopes away from her, take her out of the mailboxes and stop her from licking the envelopes shut. She is so naughty.

Burn in hell Ubifone, burn in hell.

Yo homeys.
It's been, like, a month since I last posted and for that I am truly sorry but you know how life and work gets in the way of blogging. Oh well.
Anyhoo, you may have noticed from the title of this blog that I am no fan of the Ubifone folks. Why, you ask yourselves? Well, Mike has a contract with them that we maill out their phone cards and pins and I am the one currently taking on the task. It's no easy feat, let me tell you, as there re over 20,000 (!!!) mailings to go out. Sweet Jeebus, I think I loathe Ubifone.
P.S. I think that, at the most, I have gotten through about 5,000 or less and there are more good times to come for me. I so hate my life and envelopes right now.
